Content Submission is voluntarily and no remuneration or fee is payable by Content Engineers Media Tech LLP (CE).

I understand and acknowledge that there may be other Content Submissions, that are in public domain or are generic, or have been or will be, submitted to CE, including employees or affiliates of CE, which may be wholly or partly similar or identical to my Content Submissions or any part thereof. I acknowledge that CE may use and exploit any such similar or identical third-party Content Submissions at its discretion, at any time and in any manner whatsoever, and shall not be obligated to acquire my Content Submissions or any part thereof. In such an event, I shall not be entitled to claim or receive any consideration or compensation from CE for use of such similar or identical materials, and further shall not claim any rights in such similar or identical materials or will seek any compensation or credit.

I acknowledge that the Parties have not yet reached any agreement concerning the use of the Content Submissions, and that no obligation of any kind is assumed by CE, or may be implied against CE by a mere submission, until a written contract in this connection has been executed between Parties, inter se, in this regard. In the event Content Submissions are accepted for exploitation by CE, at the sole discretion of CE and the Party shall enter into a detailed agreement detailing the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties for all purposes.

I hereby declare that submissions, are original and do not in any manner infringes Intellectual Property Rights or privacy of any person whatsoever. I have sole power and authority to submit to the submissions as well as all rights in connect with the submissions. Notwithstanding what is stated hereinabove, If the Material or any part thereof is acquired and exploited by CE, I shall fully indemnify CE (including its successors, licensees, assigns, agents, employees, officers, directors, representatives and/or affiliates) against all losses, claims, demands, actions, liabilities, proceedings, costs and expenses, awards and damages that CE may incur or suffer due to any third party making claims in respect of my Content Submissions, including on account of infringement of any third party rights including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights etc.

CE, as referred to herein, shall be deemed to include its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and its successors, sub-licensees and assignees. I undertake to not assert against CE, its affiliates, licensees, assigns, officers, agents or employees any claim of any nature arising out of any alleged use by CE of the Content Submissions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
